Pfahnl Backmittel GmbH was among the 708 exhibitors. And it was a great success. The product Croissant FTO^® - DE00410325 was presented. The entire concept of the stand was designed with "FROZEN TO OVEN" in mind. FTO^® is ideal for crossiants that are frozen without being cooked. Even after a longer storage period (more than 6 months), they can be baked directly in the shop oven. The advantages are therefore obvious: greater process reliability, simple handling and consistent quality due to fewer influencing factors.
