For creating perfectly shaped buns, rolls and breads. Can be used for direct, long-time or fermentation-interrupted production.

For Burek or baguettes and speck-free wheat flours for puff and flaky pastry.

A separate rye mill with the latest cleaning machines (Sortex) ensures that our rye flours have the highest possible quality.

To ensure compliance with the requirements of sustainable agriculture, our organic flours come from strongly controlled grain farming.
